As a former U.S. Army Green Beret, Cale developed a mindset centered on discipline, preparation, problem-solving, and ownership—principles that continue to guide how Legion Home Services approaches every service call and work order.

Following military service as a disabled veteran, Cale spent years working in luxury hospitality and large-scale facilities management, supporting high-end hotels and complex properties where guest experience, asset protection, and operational consistency were critical. In those environments, small issues were never treated as minor problems. Timeliness, cleanliness, communication, and execution mattered every day.
