These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Legion Home Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling services, requesting estimates, submitting payment, or communicating with us (including by phone, text, or email), you agree to these Terms.
Services
Legion Home Services provides professional handyman, property maintenance, and repair services by appointment only. Services may include preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, inspections, and related work as requested by the client.
Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are provided when possible and are based on visible conditions at the time of evaluation.

Pricing may change if additional work is requested or if unforeseen conditions are discovered.

Any changes to scope or pricing require client approval before work proceeds.

Flat-rate pricing applies only to the specific scope described.
Deposits & Payment Terms

For projects over $1,000, a one-third (1/3) deposit is required before work is scheduled.

The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Projects under $1,000 are typically paid in full at completion.

Property management clients may be eligible for NET 30 terms with prior approval.
All payments are invoiced through Jobber. Failure to remit payment may result in service suspension, collection efforts, or late fees where permitted by law.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee or forfeiture of deposit.

Delays caused by lack of access, utilities, or site readiness may require rescheduling and additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the property

Ensure utilities (water, power, gas) are available as needed

Secure pets and remove personal items from work areas
-
Disclose known issues that may affect the work
Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for a reasonable period following service completion.
This warranty does not cover:

Pre-existing conditions

Normal wear and tear
-
Manufacturer defects
-
Client-supplied materials
-
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature
Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legion Home Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.
Communication & Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from us related to:

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
Right to Refuse Service

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
